RESTORATIVE

This class is designed for clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors which prevent them from participating in the traditional Pilates repertoire and/or transitioning from physical therapy into a class setting. Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Intelligent Movement Practitioners to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training. Participants will be guided through exercises to improve stability, flexibility, balance, endurance, and neuromuscular control. The focus of the class is on functional movement with a simplified choreography.
*The Physical Therapist or Movement Practitioner will recommend the class level that is appropriate for the participant.

Restorative Reformer/Tower I $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed to introduce clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors to the Pilates apparatus. Consistency and repeated practice of the Pilates principles are necessary for you to achieve benefit from this movement form. The Reformer augments the mat work and requires the ability to integrate all Pilates principles into your movement.

Restorative Reformer/Tower I/II $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed to move along at a slightly quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basic Pilates Reformer repertoire and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in a challenging and moderately paced class appropriate for clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors which prevent them from participating in the traditional Pilates repertoire and/or transitioning from physical therapy into a class setting.

Restorative CoreAlign $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation by stimulating core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing stabilizing exercises, stretches, and core-controlled aerobic training. The class will focus on applying stability to postural awareness and movements of function like walking, sit to stand, getting up and down from the floor or a seated position. This class is taught by a Physical Therapist and is safe for clients currently in Physical Therapy or taking Restorative classes.

Restorative Oov Functional Training I $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed for clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors which prevent them from participating in the traditional functional training classes and/or transitioning from physical therapy into a class setting. Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Pilates Instructors to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training. Participants will be guided through exercises to improve stability, flexibility, balance, endurance, and neuromuscular control. *Your Physical Therapist or Movement Practitioner will recommend the class level that is appropriate for you.
