ELEVATED WELLNESS - 6 MONTH PROGRAM

Pinnacle Health is excited to announce this 6-month program that will include 4 components of health we feel are very important to overall wellness, function, performance, presence, and success in your life daily!

  • November - Introduction to myofascial release, breathing, and vagal nerve techniques to calm and settle your system. Guidance and accountability practices weekly with Amy!
  • December - Introduction to Mind-Body Bridging to assist you in a practice that will change your brain, your body, and your life! Instruction, journaling, practice, and accountability provided with Dr Tricia, Leslie, and Amy!
  • January - Renew Anti-Inflammatory Diet with Dr Tricia and Leslie. An 8-week guided program that will change your gut health, your immune system, and your relationship with food - your choices, the preparation, and the enjoyment!
  • February - Introduction to Intelligent Movement with Leslie. Enjoy the benefits of healthy, productive movement that will cleanse your body, invigorate your mind, improve your posture, and fascialitate power and flow within your body daily!

March and April - perfect practice makes perfect! We will assist you in incorporating beneficial practices daily that work for you and your lifestyle. Pinnacle, its providers, and its programs will be readily available to you so that you can create the plan that suits your needs, and allows you to find joy and contentment in your body/mind/spirit/heart daily!
