This 8-week progressive program is designed to assist the serious or recreational cycling athlete in the acquisition of efficient movement patterns and positions specific to cycling. We will explore healthy pelvis/spine position, efficient use of fascial/muscular systems, and weight-bearing position of the upper extremities to increase power output through the lower extremities. The class will also address alignment of the lower extremities and symmetry to prevent injury and encourage healthy repetitive joint motion. The class will meet 8 consecutive weeks for 1 hour and 30 minutes of progressive training beginning on the reformer/tower systems to create efficiency and ending in the functional training room for power and endurance. We will use an array of equipment and training theories during the program that include the reformer/tower systems, Core Align, Oov, TRX, Reebok Steppers, breath work, cardio prescriptions, power training, mind/body, etc.

Cycle Training Extension $50 per class From $44 per visit with Cycle Training Extension Pass 8 sessions pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Running Specific 12 Week Series
This 12 week series is for individuals who need or desire to obtain effective biomechanical and neuromuscular movement patterns necessary for efficient running. This progressive periodized program will utilize the reformer/tower systems to develop balance between mobility, stability and flexibility necessary throughout the system to sustain the repetitive motion and loads required by running. Dynamic skills acquisition tasks will be incorporated to improve balance, endurance, and efficiency. If you are wanting to improve your performance and reduce the chance of injury, or just wish to find the ZEN in your stride, this series is for you!
