This class is designed to move along at a slightly quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basic Pilates Reformer repertoire and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in a challenging and moderately paced class appropriate for clients who may be experiencing intermittent back and/or neck pain, or may have limiting factors which prevent them from participating in the traditional Pilates repertoire and/or transitioning from physical therapy into a class setting.

Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Pilates Instructors to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training. Participants will be guided through exercises to improve stability, flexibility, balance, endurance, and neuromuscular control. *Your Physical Therapist or Movement Practitioner will recommend the class level that is appropriate for you.
