SIGN UP FOR OUR 2 HOUR INTRODUCTION TO THE TECHNIQUES OF YAMUNA BALL ROLLING.

Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a form of self-myofascial release done using specially designed balls of varying sizes and densities to achieve optimal length and strength in your muscles and fascia to help you achieve ideal alignment.

Our weekly group class is open to both beginning and experienced students alike who are seeking body sustainability. Body sustainability is simply the ability to work on yourself anytime, anywhere, forever; granting you independence and freedom to handle maintaining your body from tissue breakdown and myofascial restrictions yourself.

YBR is a great compliment to all the training offered at Pinnacle, as it will help to optimize your alignment and thus improve your performance and efficiency of movement. It's Health, Fitness and Massage rolled into one!

Garuda chair is a great approach as it gives anyone the possibility to experience movement through slower building strength, balance and load as we move on into Garuda Standing work. It is also a way to help people limited by age and those facing injuries or movement restrictions to heal in a gentler way. The Class sequence will be as it follows: Rooting Through the Feet and Body Mapping, Breath, Centering and Footwork, Establishing Arm and Leg work, Warrior Series Intro and Self Massage (Lymph Flow).

What does Garuda offer?

In this workshop you will be introduced to what Myofascial Release (MFR) is and be provided a question/ answer segment so you leave with an understanding about how MFR can benefit your health!
This will be followed by a 90 min experiential workshop where you will practice 10-12 of Amy's favorite MFR self-release techniques that will benefit your health over your lifetime!
