FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
This class is designed to increase, strength, endurance, balance and performance. The use of various equipment will enhance the work out and increase stability demands of the body to facilitate functional and dynamic control necessary to participate in sports and daily activities. All classes will be guided by the science of movement (Intelligent Movement) and the latest research related to strength and endurance training. Expect to use the OOV, TRX and various other tools.
Oov Functional Training I $30 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
This class starts with a focus on preparing the body to train functional movement patterns using the Oov and TRX. This class is 60 min, focusing on full body preparation, full body strength, full body dynamic movements.
This class is designed to increase, strength, endurance, balance and performance without fast pace complex choreography. Oov Functional Training I is an introductory level class appropriate for students without prior TRX experience and currently do NOT have specific orthopedic issues.

This class is designed to increase strength, endurance, balance and performance. Class will move along at a quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basics of the equipment and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in a challenging and moderately paced class. Expect to use the OOV, TRX and various other tools.

This class is designed for those clients who are familiar with all of the equipment and can use them with technical skill and safety. In this class, participants will be guided through the full body
strength, endurance, balance exercises to
facilitate functional and dynamic control necessary to participate in sports and daily activities.
This 60 minute class has full body preparation, transitioning to full body strength, and finishing with a full body dynamic power movement sequence to give that extra boost of intensity. This class is a dynamic continuous workout exploring advanced exercises.
