Myofascial Self Release

Myofascial Self Release $15 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class will be a 30-minute guided self myofascial release of tissue using many different techniques, including breathing, movement, the OOV and yellow balls.

Mat Intelligent Movement Classes

Mat Basic Technique $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This is a one hour introductory class intended to review the Pilates principles of movement so that clients are familiar with terminology, elements of their own bodies, and basic movements to be successful in starting a Pilates program.

Mat I $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed to teach and review the fundamental principles of Pilates Mat work including breath, elongation, alignment, segmental movement, and appropriate core control and coordination. All instructors are capable of assisting with modifications for minor joint pain. This is a lower level class intended for those just starting Pilates Mat classes. Instructor will incorporate Pilates principles of movement so that clients become familiar with terminology, elements of their own bodies, and basic movements.

This class is designed to include repetition of the fundamental principles of movement in a slightly faster paced workout that assumes basic understanding of the Pilates mat repertoire.

This class is a dynamic continuous paced workout including the full repertoire of intermediate exercises. The ability to incorporate the Pilates principles and to self-modify is necessary to avoid injury and frustration.

Mat II/III $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

  • This class is designed for clients who have established a level of mobility and stability in order to safely complete intermediate exercises at a continuous pace. We will build on the Pilates repertoire and provide transition to allow continuous movement for a challenging and brisk paced one hour class. *Must train at least 2 times per week and have instructor recommendation.

Mat III $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

  • This class is designed for those clients who are familiar with all of the Pilates Mat exercises, transitions, and individual self modifications. In this class participants will be guided through this repertoire in the advanced form with continuous flow between all movements. *Instructor recommendation required for participation at this level.

Oov Mat I $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is based on Pilates and Intelligent Movement performed on the Oov apparatus which neurologically improves coordination involving the entire body. The shape of the Oov supports your natural spinal curves allowing a neurologic alignment of spine and pelvis which facilitates organization of head, neck, and upper and lower extremities naturally in space. The Oov is a 3-dimensional unstable surface which challenges your stability and helps clients become aware of their dysfunctional movement patterns and encourages more efficient strategies immediately. The movements on the Oov improve the coordination of the neuromuscular system automatically through practice and feeling, rather than thinking. Perfect for improved performance!

Oov Mat I/II $25 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed to include repetition of the fundamental principles of movement on the Oov. This is a slightly faster paced class that assumes participants have a basic understanding of the Oov repertoire and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will utilize the Oov in multiple positions improving breathing, mobility, balance, strength and endurance. This is a moderately challenging Oov class.

This class is a dynamic continuous paced workout including the full repertoire of Oov positions and intermediate exercises. The ability to incorporate the Oov principles and to self-modify is necessary to avoid injury and frustration.

Reformer/Tower Intelligent Movement Classes

  • This class is designed to introduce clients to the Pilates apparatus. Consistency and repeated practice of the Pilates principles are necessary for you to achieve benefit from this movement form. The Reformer augments the mat work and requires the ability to integrate all Pilates principles into your movement.

Reformer/Tower I/II $30 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

  • This class is designed to move along at a quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basic Pilates Reformer repertoire and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in a challenging and moderately paced class.

  • This class is designed for those clients who are able to safely and efficiently complete the intermediate Reformer repertoire including transitions, rhythmic breathing and equipment adjustment.

This class is a dynamic continuous workout including all intermediate Reformer repertoires. We will explore advanced exercise and improve clients’ stability and neuromuscular control.

This class is designed for those clients who are familiar with all of the Pilates Reformer exercises and transitions, and can perform them with technical skill and safety. In this class, participants will be guided through the full Reformer repertoire in the advanced form with continuous flow through exercise to increase endurance and neuromuscular control.
Advanced class *Must have permission from the Instructor to attend.

Functional Training Classes

This class starts with a focus on preparing the body to train functional movement patterns using the Oov and TRX. This class is 60 min, focusing on full body preparation, full body strength, full body dynamic movements. This class is designed to increase, strength, endurance, balance and performance without fast pace complex choreography. Oov Functional Training I is an introductory level class appropriate for students without prior TRX experience and currently do NOT have specific orthopedic issues.
*This is NOT a Restorative class.

This class is designed to increase strength, endurance, balance and performance. Class will move along at a quicker pace and assumes the client is familiar with the basics of the equipment and able to make some individual self-modifications to optimize their movement environment. We will improve transitions, breathing and endurance in a challenging and moderately paced class. Expect to use the OOV, TRX and various other tools.

Oov Functional Training II/III $30 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is designed for those clients who are familiar with all of the equipment and can use them with technical skill and safety. In this class, participants will be guided through the full body strength, endurance, balance exercises to facilitate functional and dynamic control necessary to participate in sports and daily activities. This 60 minute class has full body preparation, transitioning to full body strength, and finishing with a full body dynamic power movement sequence to give that extra boost of intensity. This class is a dynamic continuous workout exploring advanced exercises.
*Must train at least 2 times per week and have instructor recommendation.

Specialty Movement Classes

This class is designed for the client who has multiples sclerosis or other related neuromuscular diseases that compromise muscular stability and strength, balance and posture, efficiency of gait, and overall physical endurance. It will be instructed with care using the latest research to maintain a safe environment, yet encourage each client to work towards maintaining physical and emotional wellness so they may participate more easily in their lives.

Garuda Movement I $30 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Garuda is a holistic, organic approach to movement which concentrates on flow and rhythm. It has the clarity and mindfulness of Pilates as its core, the economy of form of Alexander Technique, the self-perception of Feldenkrais, the spirituality of yoga and the joy of dance.

Garuda Movement II $30 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

A “combined technique” class to prevent and recover the lungs from Covid-19 and other restrictions preventing oxygenation of the system. As a preventative approach, the class will provide techniques to increase diaphragmatic efficiency, increase Vagal function, improve posture, and allow the body to efficiently utilize oxygenation for improved immune system and function. It is good for everyone! This class is easily attended virtually each week!

CoreAlign Classes

This class is an introduction to the CoreAlign apparatus. This class emphasizes an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement. They stimulate core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training. Also great for performance enhancement and as a regular exercise regimen for a healthy lifestyle.
CoreAlign I is an introductory level class appropriate for students without prior CoreAlign experience and currently do not have specific orthopedic issues.

The CoreAlign is a unique piece of equipment that promotes core strength and proper lower body alignment. CoreAlign exercises emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement. They stimulate core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing challenging exercises, very deep stretches and core-controlled aerobic training. This class is great as part of a regular exercise regime and particularly helpful to improve performance of runners, skiers, and cyclists. Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Pilates Instructors to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training.

CoreAlign II $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is a dynamic continuous paced workout including the full repertoire of intermediate exercises. The ability to incorporate the CoreAlign principles and to self-modify is necessary to avoid injury and frustration.

CoreAlign III $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class is an advanced class appropriate for students who have completed a CoreAlign II series and have gotten permission from the instructor to attend. The course involves more complicated choreography along with advanced balance, dynamic cardiovascular, and muscular endurance exercises.

CoreAlign Circuit I/II $35 per class From $10 per visit with Monthly Intelligent Movement Class pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This class uses the CoreAlign apparatus, for group warmup and cooldown. The CoreAlign is a unique piece of equipment that promotes core strength and proper lower body alignment. CoreAlign exercises emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement.

The middle of the class will be a circuit with 5-6 stations using different equipment, including but not limited to the reformer, tower, chair, Oov, trap table, hand weight and other tools. This allows for increased variety, access to different equipment than regular classes and an emphasis on functional exercises. Participation is limited to 5 increasing individual instructions..

This class is a great addition to a regular exercise regime at Pinnacle Performance. Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Pilates Instructors to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training.

Restorative Classes

Developed by physical therapist Jonathan Hoffman, CoreAlign exercises facilitate musculoskeletal rehabilitation by stimulating core stability muscles to fire in perfect timing while performing stabilizing exercises, stretches, and core-controlled aerobic training. The class will focus on applying stability to postural awareness and movements of function like walking, sit to stand, getting up and down from the floor or a seated position. This class is taught by a Physical Therapist and is safe for clients currently in Physical Therapy or taking Restorative classes.

Progressive Series

This 75-minute class is designed to let you experience a class similar to our Ski Specific Series and prepare you for participation in the Ski Specific Progressive Series.

Restore 12-wk Pinnacle Ski Specific Progressive Series

The Restore 12-Week Ski Conditioning Class is perfect for individuals requiring limited dynamic loads to the lower extremities for various reasons. This class will NOT incorporate bounding, jumping, plyometrics, or excessive loads and repetitions. However, it will more than adequately prepare you for the ski season using progressive strengthening principles, loading techniques to protect the lower extremity joints, and exercises specific to skiing.

The class will be held weekly for a total duration of 90 minutes. It will incorporate both the Reformer/Tower Apparatus and the Functional Training equipment. You will also receive the 3-4 Ski Conditioning HEP Videos that aid in the progressive quality of the program, warm-ups, and ski maintenance plan.


Pinnacle Ski Specific 12 Week Series 2025

This 12-week progressive program is designed to assist the serious or recreational skiing athlete in the acquisition of efficient movement patterns and positions specific to skiing. We will explore healthy pelvis/spine position, efficient use of fascial/muscular systems, and train the mechanics of skiing to increase efficiency and technique. The class will also address alignment of the lower extremities and symmetry to prevent injury and encourage healthy repetitive joint motion. The class will meet 12 consecutive weeks for 1 hour and 45 minutes of progressive training beginning on the reformer/tower systems to create efficiency and ending in the functional training room for power and endurance. You will receive home exercise programs progressively to supplement the group sessions with a final home program to utilize during the ski season for recovery and recuperation. We will use an array of equipment and training theories during the program that include the reformer/tower systems, Core Align, Oov, TRX, Reebok Steppers, breath work, cardio prescriptions, power training, mind/body, etc.

Better Bones Exercise Program $120 per class

The Better Bones Exercise Program is a three-month program to help you build an at-home bone building program. The class meets once a month for three months. Each month, you are provided with a detailed handout and taught home exercises with modifications as needed. Each subsequent class will include review, addition of new exercises, and education on how to progress. At the end of three months, you will have a custom exercise program to perform at home 2-3 times a week to improve your bone health and balance.

Garuda chair is a great approach as it gives anyone the possibility to experience movement through slower building strength, balance and load as we move on into Garuda Standing work. The Class sequence will be as it follows: Rooting Through the Feet and Body Mapping, Breath, Centering and Footwork, Establishing Arm and Leg work, Warrior Series Intro and Self Massage (Lymph Flow).

Oov 4-Week Introduction Series $90 Purchase required to enroll

A 3-Dimensional device that places your body and mind in an instantaneous flow state, pushing you to center and balance with every task requested. The Oov is an incredible tool for rehabilitation, fitness, fluidity, power and performance, We all love it and think you will too!

The Oov allows you to train independently at home safely and easily. However you will need some guidance when beginning to use the Oov. This 4 week introduction will give you a best start possible.

Progressive Series

Cycling Specific 8 Week Series Purchase required to enroll

This 8-week progressive program is designed to assist the serious or recreational cycling athlete in the acquisition of efficient movement patterns and positions specific to cycling. We will explore healthy pelvis/spine position, efficient use of fascial/muscular systems, and weight-bearing position of the upper extremities to increase power output through the lower extremities. The class will also address alignment of the lower extremities and symmetry to prevent injury and encourage healthy repetitive joint motion. The class will meet 8 consecutive weeks for 1 hour and 30 minutes of progressive training beginning on the reformer/tower systems to create efficiency and ending in the functional training room for power and endurance. We will use an array of equipment and training theories during the program that include the reformer/tower systems, Core Align, Oov, TRX, Reebok Steppers, breath work, cardio prescriptions, power training, mind/body, etc.

Next series starts: March 4, 5, & 6 2025. Only 8 spots in each class.

Running Specific 12 Week Series

This 12 week series is for individuals who need or desire to obtain effective biomechanical and neuromuscular movement patterns necessary for efficient running. This progressive periodized program will utilize the reformer/tower systems to develop balance between mobility, stability and flexibility necessary throughout the system to sustain the repetitive motion and loads required by running. Dynamic skills acquisition tasks will be incorporated to improve balance, endurance, and efficiency. If you are wanting to improve your performance and reduce the chance of injury, or just wish to find the ZEN in your stride, this series is for you!
