Weekly Intelligent Movement Class $150 • 6 visits • The Weekly Intelligent Movement Pass is valid for seven days after purchase and allows the client to attend 6 in-person or virtual classes. This pass will allow the client to secure a spot in 6 classes that week but there is not a drop-in option. The Weekly Class Pass is a $30/week savings, or a $120/month savings with reservations for 6 classes/week. This pass currently includes all classes.
Mat / Yamuna Intelligent Movement Class $230 • 10 visits • The Mat/ Yamuna Intelligent Movement 10-visit Pass may be used for any 60 minute Mat, OOV Mat or Yamuna class.

*With the purchase of any 10-Punch Class Pass, you have the option of purchasing a 1/2 price movement session with Julie Jorling, Movement Practitioner at Pinnacle. This pass is for individualized review of exercises, concepts, technique, understanding, and specific safety issues to significantly improve your class experience! Must be purchased at time of 10-Punch purchase, and used within 4 weeks of purchase.

This Subscription Plan allows the client advance reservation in 3 classes per week, with the option to drop into additional classes 24 hours in advance. This plan is a $70 savings/month at 3 classes/week, not including additional drop-ins that can be secured within 24 hours of each class on a daily basis. This plan currently includes all classes.

This class is based on Pilates and Intelligent Movement performed on the Oov apparatus which neurologically improves coordination involving the entire body. The shape of the Oov supports your natural spinal curves allowing a neurologic alignment of spine and pelvis which facilitates organization of head, neck, and upper and lower extremities naturally in space. The Oov is a 3-dimensional unstable surface which challenges your stability and helps clients become aware of their dysfunctional movement patterns and encourages more efficient strategies immediately. The movements on the Oov improve the coordination of the neuromuscular system automatically through practice and feeling, rather than thinking. Perfect for improved performance!
