Pre-Ski Series Introduction Class

This 75-minute class is designed to assist the serious or recreational skiing athlete in the acquisition of efficient movement patterns and positions specific to skiing. We will explore healthy pelvis/spine position, efficient use of fascial/muscular systems, and train the mechanics of skiing to increase efficiency and technique. The class will also address alignment of the lower extremities and symmetry to prevent injury and encourage healthy repetitive joint motion. We will use an array of equipment that include the reformer/tower systems, Core Align, Oov, TRX, Reebok Steppers, breath work, and cardio.

This 75-minute class is designed to let you experience a class similar to our Ski Specific Series and prepare you for participation in the Ski Specific Progressive Series.
