7-Day Intelligent Movement Class $150 • 6 visits • The Weekly Intelligent Movement Pass is valid for seven days after purchase and allows the client to attend 6 in-person or virtual classes. This pass will allow the client to secure a spot in 6 classes that week but there is not a drop-in option. The Weekly Class Pass is a $30/week savings, or a $120/month savings with reservations for 6 classes/week. This pass currently includes all regularly scheduled weekly classes.
GOLD 30-DAY Intelligent Movement Class $315 • 16 visits • The GOLD 30-DAY Intelligent Movement Class Pass allows advanced reservations for 3 classes per week and the client to attend 16 regular classes per 30 days. ($21/class). This plan includes all Mat/Oov Mat, Functional Training, Reformer/Tower, Garuda, Breathing Embodied, Core Align and Restorative classes. This pass does not include any Workshops, Courses, or Progressive Series.
DIAMOND UNLIMITED 30-DAY Intelligent Movement Class $395 • 40 visits • The DIAMOND 30-DAY Intelligent Movement Class Pass allows the client advance reservation in 5 classes per week, with UNLIMITED drop into additional classes 24 hours in advance. This plan includes all Mat/Oov Mat, Functional Training, Reformer/Tower, Garuda, Breathing Embodied, Core Align, Restorative classes and the 90-min athletic Specific class. This pass does not include any workshops, courses, or Specialty Progressive Series classes.

The Gold Monthly Recurring Subscription Plan renews automatically and is charged monthly until cancelled. The Gold Monthly Intelligent Movement Class Plan allows advanced bulk enrollment of 3 classes per week and the client to attend 16 regular classes per month. ($21/class). This plan includes all Mat/Oov Mat, Functional Training, Reformer/Tower, Garuda, Breathing Embodied, Core Align and Restorative classes. This pass does not include any Workshops, Courses, or Progressive Series classes.
DIAMOND MONTHLY Recurring Subscription $375 every month • 40 visits per Month • The DIAMOND Monthly Recurring Subscription Plan renews automatically and is charged monthly until cancelled. This DIAMOND Monthly Intelligent Movement Class Plan allows the client advance reservation in 5 classes per week, with UNLIMITED drop into additional classes 24 hours in advance. This plan includes all Mat/Oov Mat, Functional Training, Reformer/Tower, Garuda, Breathing Embodied, Core Align, Restorative classes and the 90-min Athletic Specific class. This pass does not include any workshops, courses, or Specialty Progressive Series classes.
This class uses the CoreAlign apparatus, for group warmup and cooldown. The CoreAlign is a unique piece of equipment that promotes core strength and proper lower body alignment. CoreAlign exercises emphasize an upright posture and are designed to improve posture, balance and functional movement.

The middle of the class will be a circuit with 5-6 stations using different equipment, including but not limited to the reformer, tower, chair, Oov, trap table, hand weight and other tools. This allows for increased variety, access to different equipment than regular classes and an emphasis on functional exercises. Participation is limited to 5 increasing individual instructions..

This class is a great addition to a regular exercise regime at Pinnacle Performance. Instructors are certified Physical Therapists/Pilates Instructors to ensure appropriate modifications & guidance for safe training.
