Restore 12-wk Pinnacle Ski Specific Progressive Series
The Restore 12-Week Ski Conditioning Class is perfect for individuals requiring limited dynamic loads to the lower extremities for various reasons. This class will NOT incorporate bounding, jumping, plyometrics, or excessive loads and repetitions. However, it will more than adequately prepare you for the ski season using progressive strengthening principles, loading techniques to protect the lower extremity joints, and exercises specific to skiing.
The class will be held weekly for a total duration of 90 minutes. It will incorporate both the Reformer/Tower Apparatus and the Functional Training equipment. You will also receive the 3-4 Ski Conditioning HEP Videos that aid in the progressive quality of the program, warm-ups, and ski maintenance plan.
