Ski Thanksgiving week Intelligent Movement
The 12 week 2025 Progressive Ski Program does not include the week of Thanksgiving. If you would like to continue your training momentum please attend one of the following classes:
Monday 11/24 @9:00-10:30 AM,
Tuesday 11/25 @ 5:15-6:45 PM,
Wednesday 11/26 @ 6:20-7:50 PM.
This 90 minute weekly session is designed to maintain and build on the foundation of efficient movement patterns and positions specific to skiing that was created in first 8 weeks of the 12 week program. The class will also address alignment of the lower extremities and symmetry to prevent injury and encourage healthy repetitive joint motion.
We will use an array of equipment and training theories during the program that include the reformer/tower systems, Core Align, Oov, TRX, Reebok Steppers, breath work, cardio prescriptions, power training, mind/body, etc.
