PINNACLE PRINCIPLES OF MOVEMENT
Our expertise in Intelligent Movement at Pinnacle Performance is not only based off years of study and personal practice, but it utilizes Pinnacle's Principles of Movement. These principles help our instructors guide movement through Breath and Optimal Alignment, creating Whole Body Efficiency and Freedom!
This 3 hour course teaches you, the client, about these principles: breathing, ring organization, spinal curve alignment, extremity congruency, fascial tensegrity, and efficiency. Through informative handouts, demonstrations, and a powerpoint, you will learn how to apply the principles to your own wellness practice and function. And by better understanding, you will deepen your own intelligence of movement. You can attend in person at Pinnacle Performance or online via Zoom.
